✓ fully agrees to these Terms;
✓ the provided information is truthful and accurate.
Placing an order is considered a legally binding action.

◆ 2. Product Descriptions and Information

The Seller reserves the right to correct:

◆ 3. Prices and Technical Errors
If, due to a technical, system, supplier, or human error, an obviously incorrect price is displayed, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.
In such cases, the Customer will receive a refund of the paid amount without additional compensation, penalties, or damage claims.

◆ 4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
An order is considered accepted for processing only after confirmation by the Seller.
The Seller may refuse or cancel an order if:

✕ false or incomplete information has been provided;
✕ delivery is objectively impossible;
✕ force majeure circumstances arise;
✕ dishonest conduct is identified.

◆ 5. Limitation of Liability
The Seller’s maximum liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.
The Seller is not responsible for:
✕ indirect damages;
✕ loss of profit;
✕ business interruptions;
✕ data loss;
✕ software incompatibility;
✕ third-party system malfunctions;
✕ manufacturer or supplier changes.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify product compatibility with their hardware, software, and system before purchase.

◆ 6. Right of Withdrawal
Private individuals have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
✕ individually assembled computers;
✕ custom-configured products;
✕ legal entities;
✕ products with activated licenses or software;
✕ damaged or incomplete returned products;
✕ products showing signs of use;
✕ products with removed protective packaging or seals.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.
If the product is returned damaged, used, or with diminished value, the Seller has the right to reduce the refundable amount proportionally to the decrease in the product’s value.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.

◆ 7. Force Majeure
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or failure to fulfill obligations if caused by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including:

◇ government restrictions
◇ IT system failures

◆ 8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes between the Customer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
