This product is an upgrade option from a 3-year Premier Support plan to a 5-year Premier Support plan for Lenovo AIPC (All-In-One Personal Computer) devices. It extends the duration of Lenovo Premier Support to a total of five years for eligible AIPC systems where a 3-year Premier Support contract is already in place.
This upgrade is used when a customer with a Lenovo AIPC device currently covered by a 3-year Premier Support plan wishes to extend that coverage to five years. It is applied to eligible AIPC systems that have an existing 3-year Premier Support agreement and provides continued Premier Support under Lenovo's terms for the extended period.
